Located in Newburgh,this project aims to provide art and education programs to facilitate local art academics.By analyzing what programs are existing on the site,programs need are adjusted by building a new art district which consists of educational and art functions as well as involving interactive urban greens.
The residual space is transformed to quasi indoor and outdoor space in the scheme for urban green leisure space and outdoor exhibition.This strategy not only activate quasi indoor and outdoor space,but also enhance the communal sense of art district.
